House Rules Tweaks for the Free Peoples Minas Tirith, City of Kings Two of the ten Victory Points accumulated by the Shadow must come from Minas Tirith (i.e. Minas Tirith must be captured by the Shadow). The Fall of Orthanc If Saruman is in play and Orthanc is captured by a Free Peoples Army, eliminate him even if he was alone in the Orthanc region when it was attacked. South Rhûn South Rhûn is considered a Southron & Easterling City rather than a Town, giving 1 Victory point to the Free Peoples if it is captured. Elven Lords The Elven Leaders all have the "Captain of the West" ability, increasing the number of Attacks for the Elves. Galadriel and Celeborn Distinguish the Elven Leader that begins the game in Lorien as Galadriel and Celeborn. Galadriel and Celeborn have a Leadership value of 2 instead of 1 for as long as they remain within Lorien's borders. Outside of Lorien, they have a Leadership value of 1. The Healing Powers of Elrond If the Fellowship is declared in Rivendell Heal 2 Corruption Points instead of 1, due to the healing powers of Elrond. The Healing Powers of Aragorn, Heir to Isildur If the Fellowship is Declared in a FP City or Stronghold where Aragorn, Heir to Isildur (not Strider) is also present, the Fellowship may Heal 2 Corruption points instead of 1.
